According to a recent study commissioned in the U.S. and UK by Spotify, the largest barrier to being productive is internal stimuli—things like stress, mood, and level of tiredness. Roughly 80% of respondents said listening to something helps them focus, tune out distractions, and create their own space.

Using the science of Navarasas (the nine fundamental human emotions) and in collaboration with BrandMusiq, Lenovo has created a series of compositions to counteract these negative emotions and make the experience of feeling emotionally safe and positive come alive.
Inspired by music therapy, the ‘MusicBalm’ platform will help curate playlists of healing music to provide ‘quick comfort’ to listeners and help them bring positive emotions like love and gratitude to life.
